The findings include:
The CPR cards were reviewed during the inspection which was conducted on October 5-6, 2015. After the inspection, the inspection documentation was reviewed again and it was discovered that there was no documentation that a sufficient number of staff persons trained in CPR were onsite during the project's hours of operation All but one of the staff had documentation of a completed CPR certification that had been taken as an online course provided by eCPRcertification.com. There was no documentation that the CPR certification course included hands on instruction.
These finding were reviewed with the Facility Director during a telephone interview conducted on October 26, 2015.

Plan of Correction In order to ensure an associate that has completed and demonstrated competency in hands on CPR instruction is available during project's hours of operation, the Clinical Supervisor will organize an on site CPR training which will include all associates.
Program Director will oversee and monitor to ensure this regulation is met. |
