Observations
Based on a review of the fire extinguishers located throughout that property, the recovery house failed to have fire extinguishers inspected and approved annually by the local fire department or fire extinguisher company.
These findings were reviewed with the recovery house staff during the licensing process.

Savage Sisters property managers registered with Tri State Fire Protection services for annual service of On Site fire extinguisher inspections, ensuring each fire extinguisher is inspected and receives a tag certifying that it is approved for 12 months as authorized by our AHJ. The first inspection and certifications were provided on 09/30/2024, and will be re-inspected annually. |
