This report is a result of an on-site complaint investigation conducted on August 15, 2019 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Division of Accountability and Program Improvement. The investigation results established the allegations were against another agency that is not licensed by the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, and therefore cannot be addressed by the Department.Based on the findings of the on-site complaint investigation, the allegations against Mercy Behavioral Health were unable to be substantiated. No areas of noncompliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility were identified during this investigation, therefore no plan of correction is required.
