This report is a result of an application review for a telehealth only license and was approved on September 9, 2025, by staff from the Licensing Operations Division. Based on the approved application, Recovery Unplugged Pennsylvania LLC was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during the review and no plan of correction is required.
During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
