This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection for a relocation request submitted by Blue Mountain Escape 6NEK6701 to move 205 Bailey Street New Cumberland, PA 17070 to 24 W. Factory Street Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. This physical plant inspection was conducted on October 21, 20205 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Blue Mountain Escape- 6NEK6701 was found to be in compliance with the physical plant requirements associated with relocation as set forth in 28 PA Code, Chapter 717.
