This report is a result of complaint investigation conducted on August 20, 2013, by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations made against Allied Addiction Recovery, Llc were unsubstantiated and the facility was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
