This report is a result of an onsite licensing inspection for a capacity increase, conducted on April 16, 2015, by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Conewago Snyder was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
As this was an inspection for a capacity increase, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
