Plan of Correction To whom it may concern,
In the citation we were found that you have things obstructed in the stairway of the ladder going for the safety down to the first floor. I have put up signs stating that nothing can be put in front of the ladders at any time for any reason. If so, the client will be written up for safety violation and I also had a meeting with the whole house to let them know that nothing will be ever allowed in front of the ladders or stairways or emergency exits at any time I will make sure that this is checked on a daily basis when I do my personal walk-throughs Weekly and I will also have the House Coordinator check it daily. I can keep a log and make sure and send photos if you like.
I apologize for any inconvenience. The safety is number one of our clients and I'll make sure they are safe and able to get out of an emergency situation.
Thank you
