This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection conducted on March 27, 2025 by staff from the Licensing Operations Division. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Mirmont Outpatient Services was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required. .
