This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection conducted for a capacity increase request. The inspection was conducted on November 17 & 18 2010 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Gaudenzia, Inc. People With Hope was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The facility's proposed location for the new room would have required the clients to go through another bedroom to access a bathroom This is not permissible under 705.5(f); therefore, no bed increase could be granted. Because the increase was not permitted and the facility understood that they may not occupy the room as a bedroom, no plan of correction is required.
