This report is a result of an initial on-site physical plant inspection regarding a facility relocation. The inspection was conducted on March 13, 2018 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol, Division of Accountability and Program Improvement. Based on the findings of the physical plant inspection, Twin Lakes Center, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility, specifically 28 Pa. Code Subsection 705.1. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
Since this was a physical plant inspection regarding a facility relocation, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
