Plan of Correction
The facility's men's employee bathroom water temperature was tested at 135 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of the onsite inspection, and the facility's women's employee bathroom water temperature was tested at 133 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of the onsite inspection. The hot water temperature may not exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit. On 11/09/17, the Maintenance Department adjusted and tested the water temperature to between 112 and 114 degrees Fahrenheit. The Program Director will purchase a thermometer and correlate monthly checks of the water temperatures in the building when fire drills are conducted in order to maintain proper water temperatures. If the temperature reads 120 degrees or higher, the Program Director will submit a work order to the maintenance department in order to have the temperature adjusted.
