This report is a result of an on-site complaint investigation conducted on August 5, 2015 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation,the allegations against The Healing Way were unable to be substantiated. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required
