INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of an off-site complaint and unsual incident investigation conducted on July 29, 2025, by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the off-site investigation, Recovery Centers of America at Devon was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility.
