INITIAL COMMENTS

This report is a result of complaint investigation conducted on May 9, 2018 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Quality Assurance for Prevention and Treatment. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations made against Ridgeview Adolescent Behavioral Health Center at Pittsburgh were unsubstantiated. Therefore, no plan of correction is required.
