INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on October 21, 2008 and February 2, 2009 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations made against Gateway Rehabilitation Center could not be substantiated because the findings were inconclusive.
