§ 717.29. Physical plant standards.
(d) Sleeping accommodations.
(1) Each drug and alcohol recovery house bedroom must have the following:
(i) A bed in good repair with a solid foundation and fire-retardant mattress for each resident.

Observations Based on an inspection of the physical plant and staff interviews it was determined the recovery house failed to provide a bed in good repair with a solid foundation and fire-retardant mattress for one resident.
|
Plan of Correction RH will make every effort when scheduling new admissions to allow for adequate bed space at the admitting RH.
In the event that an overbooking occurs or if a treatment center discharges a resident early and proper bed arrangements are not available, TNH Sober Living will contact DDAP and ask for a special exception.
After the proper protocol has been followed and if DDAP compliant accommodation can not be made, the new resident will be referred to a different RH. |
