INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of an on-site complaint investigation conducted on June 7-8, 2012 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site complaint investigation, which was conducted in conjunction with the methadone monitoring inspection at RHJ Medical Center Inc. the allegations could not be substantiated and the findings were inconclusive.
