Based on a physical plant inspection, the facility failed to ensure that all heaters were permanently mounted or installed.
During the inspection, there was a space heater located in a counselor's office.
This finding was reviewed with facility staff during the licensing inspection.

Facility failed to ensure that all heaters were permanently mounted or installed. At the time of the inspection, there was a space heater found in the counselor's office. Clinical Supervisor will ensure that the facility will not operate heaters that are not permanently mounted or installed by training facility staff by 2/28/2024 and by conducting multiple on-site walkthroughs periodically. |
