This report is a result of an on-site complaint investigation conducted from September 6, 2024 through September 10, 2024 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site complaint investigation, Safe Haven in York PA Inc MSPO6701 was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the recovery house- therefore no plan of correction is required.
