This report is a result of an on-site capacity increase and an onsite relocation from one building on the campus to another building on the same campus for the partial hospitalization program, the physical plant inspection was conducted on May 19, 2026, by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site capacity increase and program relocation physical plant inspection at Caron Treatment Centers, it was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. As this was a capacity increase and relocation physical plant inspection, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
