INITIAL COMMENTS

This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted from July 30 to August 28, 2025 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, People Under Safe Housing R2BP6701 was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation.
