This report is a result of an off-site complaint investigation conducted between June 23, 2024 and July 05, 2024 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the off-site complaint investigation, 7BXY6701 Friendship First was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the recovery house. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
