INITIAL COMMENTS
This report is a result of an on-site licensure renewal inspection conducted on January 18 - 19, 2017 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Esper Treatment Center Inc. was found not to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The following deficiencies were identified during this inspection.	Plan of Correction
705.24 (5) LICENSURE Bathrooms. 705.24. Bathrooms. The nonresidential facility shall: (5) Ventilate bathrooms by exhaust fan or window.
Observations The facility failed to ventilate the women's bathroom by an operative exhaust fan or window based on a physical plant inspection conducted during the annual licensing inspection on January 19, 2017 at approximately 2:30 PM.The finding were reviewed with facilty staff during the licensing process.	Plan of Correction The fan was replaced and is in working condition. The Safety Officer will add fan inspection to the monthly safety inspection and will sign off on it monthly. This will be added to the safety inspection inventory and signed off on every month by the safety officer.
