This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on June 16, 2017 by staff from the Division of Accountability and Program Improvement. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations against The Program For Offenders, Inc., were unable to be substantiated and no deificencies were identified during this investigation. Therefore, no plan of correction is required.
