This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on December 1, 2011 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations made against Cove Forge Behavioral Health System at Williamsburg were unsubstantiated.
