This report is a result of an on-site licensure renewal inspection conducted on December 6, 2013 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Treatment Trends, Inc.-Confront was found not to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The following deficiencies were identified during this inspection:

(d) Fire drills. The nonresidential facility shall:
(1) Conduct unannounced fire drills at least once a month.

Observations
Based on a review of the fire drill logs, the facility failed to conduct unannounced fire drills at least once per month.The findings include:Fire drill logs for the months of December 2012-November 2013 were reviewed December 6, 2013. The facility failed to document an unannounced fire drill for the month of May 2013.The Facility Director confirmed the findings.

Plan of Correction
Will make sure fire drills are completed by the 21st of each month and check in on the 28th to ensure compliance. Will be monitored by both Administrative Assistant and Director. Will be in compliance January 2014. |
