Plan of Correction In conjunction with the daily cleaning of the kitchen, a "Major" cleaning is done once a week. At the time of this "Major" cleaning, a log will be kept specifically for the oven and its components. This log will be signed by the staff on duty during the "Major" cleaning/inspection that all of the oven areas have been cleaned thoroughly. The log will be kept in the Program Director's office. This procedure will continue until the corporation moves to the new site and kitchen responsibilities are delegated to a new program fucntion. |
