This report is a result of a presurvey review process to add the Partial Hospitalization activity to an existing Outpatient treatment facility. The presurvey review was completed on June 20, 2013 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the presurvey review process The Open Door was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the addition of a Partial Hospitalization activity to the existing Outpatient treatment facility.
Since this was the presurvey process, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
