INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of a on site inspection for the purpose of approving a bed capacity increase conducted on October 22, 2009 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. The on site inspection was completed, and the request is in compliance with the physical plant standards for square footage of each bedroom.
