INITIAL COMMENTS

This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on August 26, 2025 through September 3, 2025 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, 7WR96701 Charlie's Way Sober Living was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the recovery house. Therefore, no plan of correction is required.
