This report is a result of an onsite capacity increase inspection conducted July 1, 2009 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Uhs Recovery Foundation, Inc.-Keystone Center was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
Because this inspection was conducted only for a capacity increase determination, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
