This report is a result of an off-site complaint investigation conducted on 11/08/2024, by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site complaint investigation, Charlie ' s Way Sober Living was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code Chapter 717 which pertain to the recovery house, therefore no POC is required.
