Plan of Correction The findings of this review were reviewed with the project director by the clinical director on December 18, 2024. The project director is aware of the requirements and did attend the required number of training hours; however did not have the required training certificate documentation for review. To prevent this from happening in the future, the project director will maintain a yearly training file with the help of the executive assistant and human resource department as per established POWER policy |
