This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection conducted for a facility expansion request. The inspection was conducted on March 22, 2024 by staff from Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Family Service adb Children's Aid Society of Venango County was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility.
The facility will be notified by a separate letter of the determination regarding the facility expansion request.
