This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on July 12, 2011 through July 14, 2011 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations made against BGI Bof Brandywine, Inc. were unsubstantiated.
