This report is a result of an onsite follow-up inspection regarding the Notice of Intent to Issue Order to Show Cause issued on April 28, 2009. The follow-up inspection regarding the Intent to Issue Order to Show Cause was conducted on June 25, 2009 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the onsite follow-up inspection, Tadiso was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility and with the Settlement Agreement dated March 13, 2008. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
