This corrective action will be fully implemented by February 10, 2026. Ongoing compliance will be monitored through daily EHR documentation reports, weekly supervisory review with clinicians, and monthly chart audits by the Clinical Supervisor to ensure progress notes are completed within required timeframes and to prevent recurrence.
