INITIAL COMMENTS

This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on January 28, 2026, by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, Westminster Homes of Lehigh Valley D1XX6701 was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation.
