This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection conducted for a capacity increase request. The inspection was conducted on April 23, 2010 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Cornell Abraxas 1 was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility and specifically to the two buildings and total of 16 beds that have been added to the drug and alcohol treatment activity area. No deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
