INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of an over the phone complaint investigation conducted on February 22, 2021 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, Spanish American Civic Association for Equality, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility.
