During the complaint investigation on March 15, 2022, the facility failed to ensure that all heaters were permanently mounted or installed.There were heaters in the following areas:Counselor's office on the first floorReceptionist desk in the front lobbyDoctor's office on the 2nd floorDiscussed with facility staff during the compliant investigation.

Plan of Correction
Project Director reminded all staff during a meeting on 3/21/2022 that portable heaters are not allowed in the building.
Housekeeping staff will remove all portable heaters from the counselor's office on the first floor, the Receptionist's desk in the front lobby and from the Doctor's office on the 2nd floor by 3/24/2022.
Housekeeping staff will complete monthly facility checks to assure no portable heaters remain in the facility.
Company COO will investigate efficacy of purchasing heaters that can be wall mounted or installed by end of summer 2022.
