Plan of Correction Our project is in full compliance with this standard as of today 4/7/2009. We mistakenly classified an employee as a counselor when in fact he is classified as a Counselor Assistant. This mistake was discovered during the on-site licensure renewal inspection. In actuality, the counselor assistant will have direct observation for 3 months during every session that is conducted a qualified staff member will be present and documentation will be completed. The counselor assistant will then have 9 months of close supervision under our lead counselor or the clinical supervisor and documentation will be completed. In the future we will correctly identify these positions. |
