This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on June 23-26, 2020, by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Quality Assurance for Prevention & Treatment. Based on the findings of the investigation, Treatment Trends, Inc-Keenan House , was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. No deficiencies were identified during this investigation; therefore, no plan of correction is required.
