This report is a result of an application submitted, reviewed and approved on July 9, 2019 by staff from the Bureau of Quality Assurance for Prevention & Treatment. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Bradford Recovery Center was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this review and no plan of correction is required.
During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
