This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted by telephone on April 21, 2014 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, Progressive Medical Specialists Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this complaint investigation and no plan of correction is required.
