INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of an on-site complaint investigation conducted on June 27, 2010 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site investigation, it has been determined that the allegations against U.H.S. Recovery Services, Inc., Keystone Services could not be substantiated. Therefore, no plan of correction is required.
