Observations
Based on a physical plant inspection, the facility failed to ensure all facility heaters were permanently mounted or installed.
At the time of the inspection, there was a portable space heater located in room H14.
This finding was reviewed with facility staff during the licensing process.

As of February 20, 2026,through staff reminders and internal monitoring, the Program Director will ensure there are no heaters that are not permanently installed within the facility, as specified in regulation 705.26. |
