INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of an on-site complaint investigation conducted on July 30, 2012,

by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site investigation, it has been determined that the allegations against Treatment Trends Inc. Keenan House could not be substantiated. Therefore, no plan of correction is required.
