This report is a result of an offsite complaint investigation conducted on February 2, 2026, through February 23, 2026, by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, Gaudenzia Recovery House was not licensed at the time of the allegation and was under different ownership, of which the department has no knowledge. At this time, Gaudenzia Recovery House is in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 Pa.Code, Chapter 717 (related to standards for Drug and Alcohol Recovery House Licensure) and DDAP did not identify any deficiencies during this investigation.
